Raw Preview 5/8/23

 BY: Datwayyyshow

Coming to you guys with another preview of raw tonight. WWE’s recent success at wwe blacklash which surprised a lot of people including me as most people thought that Blacklash wouldn’t be all that great only because with certain match cards. Heading into raw tonight could wwe capitalize off wwe Blacklash as we tune in tonight.

Triple h announced at backlash press conference that the tournament for the word heavyweight championship will start this Monday which is today. WWE announce the following participants which will be Seth Rollins, edge, Bobby lashley, shinsuke, Damien priest, Finn Baylor, Cody Rhodes, the miz, Rey mysterio, sheamus, and of the course AJ styles. The following superstars that have entered the tournament will not disappoint Better yet they will put on a show.

Continuing into tonight, we have Trish status which she will be returning to raw since the last time she talked about why she attacked Becky Lynch. We haven’t heard from Becky Lynch but speaking of that a lot of people are thinking that Becky Lynch can make a return and confront Trish status tonight on raw. The history between these two leads all the way back to wrestlemania 39 which they teamed up to go against damage control but as it seemed Trish got tired of not being in the spotlight and decided to make the headlines.

As well continuing tonight’s raw, we could potentially get a return of the known group called the way. For any new wrestling fans that don’t know the members back then included Austin theory, Candice lerae, indi hartwell, and Johnny gargano. The only thing that will change with the way returning is that theory will not be in the group because he is on SmackDown. The only question I can ask is heading into tonight’s raw how will the way make a big impact what plans does wwe have for them.

Speaking of the world heavyweight championship tournament previously the tournament will be starting tonight as we will be getting two triple threat matches which will be The Miz going against Finn Baylor and Cody Rhodes. The second triple threat match will be Seth Rollins going against shinsuke and Damien priest the winners of each triple threat will head on to the next round of the world heavyweight championship tournament. The two fan favorites of these two triple threat match which are Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins we know that these two superstars will not disappoint and of course Leave all in the ring tonight as we tune in once again.

We will have live coverage later tonight stay tuned to Pro Wrestlenews for more Wrestling news and Details.
