Vince McMahon Reportedly Wants $9 Billion For WWE

Vince McMahon Reportedly looking to sell the company for $9 billion.

A new report from Bloomberg notes that Vince McMahon wants to get as much $9 billion for a potential sale of the sports entertainment juggernaut. This is more than the recently reported asking price of Around $ 8.5 billion.

Bloomberg speculated that Vince McMahon may not find many buyers eager to pay his price due to the shaky global economy and rising interest rates. A valuation of $9 billion amounts to about seven times the company $1.29 billion in sales last year. Vince McMahon asking price is 37% greater than WWE current market value of $6.5 billion.

WWE CEO Nick Khan previously confirmed that WWE wanted to sell the company by mid-summer.

AEW Wrestler Announces Departure

 BY: RYAN  Fuego Del Sol is no longer under contract with AEW. Del Sol made regular appearances on AEW Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation during the COVID-19 pandemic. He went on a 34-match losing streak, which was broken on July 6, 2021, in a tag team match when he and Marko Stunt defeated Ryzin and Baron Black. Ricky Starks Accompanied Cody Rhodes To WrestleMania 38 Return

Ricky Starks attendence was revealed when a leaked still from a security camera started going around online. Both Fightful Select and PWInsider has Confirmed Ricky Starks and Cody Rhodes are extremely close friends and Ricky Starks has accompanied Cody Rhodes to previous WWE event. "  There was some internet surprise to AEW Ricky Starks being in attendance at the Royal Rumble with Cody Rhodes as a photo popped up online. The two are extremely close. Ricky Starks and QT Marshall was actually with Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 38 in Dallas when Rhodes made his WWE return as well".
