WWE Have Expressed Interest In Another Top NJPW Star

It was previously reported that WWE was also interested in signing Tonga brother Hikuleo.

According to the report Fightful have learned that WWE interested in bringing Tama Tonga.

"WWE has internally expressed interest in Tama Tonga While we're told that interest in possibly bringing in Tonga isn't new, word traveled through the NJPW locker room ahead of Wrestle kingdom 17 and made it's way to Fightful. Ironically enough, Tama Tonga faced WWE talent and Never Openweight Champion Karl Anderson at Wrestle kingdom 17 winning the title".

Tama Tonga reportedly had a WWE offer seven years ago. Which he turned down in order to team with his brother Tanga Loa in New Japan Pro Wrestling.

AEW Wrestler Announces Departure

 BY: RYAN  Fuego Del Sol is no longer under contract with AEW. Del Sol made regular appearances on AEW Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation during the COVID-19 pandemic. He went on a 34-match losing streak, which was broken on July 6, 2021, in a tag team match when he and Marko Stunt defeated Ryzin and Baron Black. Ricky Starks Accompanied Cody Rhodes To WrestleMania 38 Return

BY: Ryan  AEW Star Ricky Starks was at WWE Royal Rumble 2023 this past weekend, accompanying Cody Rhodes backstage ahead of the American Nightmare triumph in the titular men's match. Ricky Starks attendence was revealed when a leaked still from a security camera started going around online. Both Fightful Select and PWInsider has Confirmed Ricky Starks and Cody Rhodes are extremely close friends and Ricky Starks has accompanied Cody Rhodes to previous WWE event. "  There was some internet surprise to AEW Ricky Starks being in attendance at the Royal Rumble with Cody Rhodes as a photo popped up online. The two are extremely close. Ricky Starks and QT Marshall was actually with Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 38 in Dallas when Rhodes made his WWE return as well".
